openstack budget channel create
Create a webhook or email notification channel.
A webhook's signing secret is shown once, here; rotate it to get a new one. An email address receives nothing until its owner follows the confirmation link sent to it.

--type <type>(required)One of:
email,webhook. -
--url <url>Webhook: an https URL on a public address.

--address <address>Email: the address to notify.

--project <project>Owning project (name or ID; defaults to your own).

--project-domain <project-domain>Domain the project belongs to (name or ID). This can be used in case collisions between project names exist.
Output
This command also takes the common output options, such as -f json and -c <column>. See Set up the CLI.
